A native of Moravia, somewhere between Prague and Vienna, this Masaryk University graduate used The Velvet Revolution to explore the world. Jana began her successful real estate career in 1997 after years in the international casino industry and traveling the world. She became a broker/owner of the largest independent real estate firm in Southeast Florida, Regency Realty Services selling residential, commercial, land, smoking’ hot discounted castles like foreclosures (bank owned REOs), short sales and rentals. Jana has an extensive knowledge of the Tees to the Seas of Ft. Lauderdale to Boca Raton to Palm Beaches.

She believes that professional education is essential. Jana has earned her prestigious Certified International Property Specialist designation, Transnational Referral Certificate, Graduate REALTOR® Institute and currently is currently working on Council of Real estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) and membership in the renowned international organization F.I.O.B.C.I. She and her firm are members of “Who is Who in International and Luxury Real Estate”

Her contribution to the industry consists of serving on the Professional Standards/Ethics committee of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches and writing articles for Air Berlin and other international publications about the current market. She is a member of the National, Florida, Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale Associations of REALTORS and Multiple Listing services.

Her favorite activities include extensive travel, roller skating, skiing, golf, tennis, gourmet entertaining & more. Jana also donates money from every sale to help adopting pets from foreclosed and abandoned homes. She adopted her kitty cat Maxi from a deserted South Beach condo.
